I quit sugar (last week)

today I gave in and ate a caramel slice

I swear I’ve been in a better mood ever since

What if my body is the exception to the sugar rule

It neeeeeeds it in order to function 

It was this amazing slice with soft creamy chocolate on the top and melt in your mouth caramel. I swear it was the best caramel slice I’ve ever eaten 

How can something so good be so bad?

And how can I surrender if I am resisting? 

It’s all very confusing.
