Now now now

Either we are mostly trapped in the past, reminiscing, comparing, regretting.

Or we are mostly trapped in the future, waiting, planning, attempting to control.

I identify with the ramblings on the future trap.

The trick at first is just to notice it. Smile.

The aim (if there is one) is to give up psychological time. And only use the past as a decision making tool and the future as a general direction in which to travel.
