I couldn’t be arsed to be a vegetarian. I have modified my diet a few times to eliminate foods that might be the culprit for one ailment or another, but I just don’t have the energy for it.
I do know that I am intolerant of almonds. That seems so unreasonable doesn’t it? They seem so harmless, why am I prejudiced against them?! I test it out every once in a while by eating a friand (made with almond flour). I usually regret it, but what’s a life without a few retreats.
